I had booked an appointment prior one month to see the doctor, and I called back later to check if I can change another day and time as said I will call back again to confirm. The lady over the phone cancelled my appointment when I arrived today, no apologies NOTHING. I had cancelled my client appointment to come all the way down south and not a word of Sorry.
